I built this home as a sanctuary from my busy work life. It was used as a weekender until my son and I realised we wanted to spend all of our free time there. The freedom, wildlife, and quietness are soul-building, and we truly adore this property.
But… he grew up, and I got older, so the time has arrived to hand this gem on. We would love to find a young family to savour this space and hopefully continue the absolute magic this property offers. I will be very reluctant to sell to an investor, but the time has come to move forward.
Currently tenanted short-term and very well looked after.
Future investment potential?
This property boasts two registered house sites. Site number one was chosen as the most economical at the time, but the second is simply incredible — positioned high with magnificent views.
